Yes, I understand/agree why it works that way if the user doesn't want to be tracked. My question is what people do on their website when the content ai rich media isn't displaying because of that, i.e. not having a blank space on the page.

That was actually what we tried first, but unfortunately some of the fields are at the account level, so the custom list view won't work.

Thanks Gerard Donnelly! We've done extensive testing in Email on Acid as well and cannot recreate. I'll be sure to share what the development agency finds if they are able to correct it.
No never heard from anyone on community. We've enlisted an agency with more advanced developers on their team, and our issue seems to be mostly around DPI scaling on the clients' email platform.
