@CherylYes, I copied & pasted my details out of notepad and still got the funky characters in my email. It's something that I can easily work around, but figured you should know about.
Thanks! That's helpful to know. We've been setting up a flow for cleaning up our Salesforce database to make the contact owners & account owners match and I was worried about setting it up for 50+ sales reps in one flow. It's good to know that it will work!
Here is my problem that I'm getting with the way the you are adding text for the calendar email. My characters are all messed up causing me to not be able to copy/paste my reg confirmation into the calendar box. An example of what I would get is below. Here is some important information you will need...
Another thing is that I cannot include text currently that has an apostrophe or quotes in the calendar email. In Outlook, it keeps coming up as all kinds of funky text for any time I use those. Our standard text would contain several of these. I find myself rewording everything...you'll is you will....

We want to make sure we're keeping our options open and need to ensure we're using one that integrates with Marketo. Does anyone have any feedback on any of the other webinar vendors out there? ...
I'm working off of the "Possible Duplicates" list in the lead database. I select the 2 that I want and then merge them together picking the lead score that I want to keep. However, it is adding the scores together. I can see the activity from it within Sales Insight as well.
I think the answer is that this isn't possible, but is there a way to make it so that when I merge 2 leads together, it doesn't add their lead scores together? This is overinflating their scores when they didn't do anything to make them raise. Especially when they are adding together our demographic...
Thank you!!! That works perfectly!!! Our sales reps don't always convert leads, but setting that up as a batch campaign that I can run weekly will work wonders for me!
