Thanks! I'll contact Marketo to see about getting this set up!
Why wouldn't you simply use the token? We use {{SP_Send_Alert_Info:default=edit me}} in all of our alert emails which adds a link back to Salesforce that our reps can click on to jump straight to the lead/contact record.
We have 2 portions of our company - currently 1 uses SFDC and the other uses Microsoft Dynamics. Can I sync 1 Marketo instance to 2 different CRM systems?
I'm sure others have asked this, but I can't find it anywhere. I don't know if random samples would work the way I want them to. We have an email that went out to roughly 5000 people. We want to send follow up emails but broken down so that only 1000 go at a time and they're split over different day...
I'm not sure how it works without SFDC, but when you do have it, this actually puts a link into the alert email so that whoever receives the alert can click it and go straight to that record within SFDC. We use this for our website forms to make life easier on our lead qualification group. They basi...
It should be your progression status = no show to send that email and = attended to send the attended email. I think the exact wording is "Webinar > No Show" and "Webinar > Attended"
Haha! I love it, Cécile! One other thing, I know this is new integrations, but I would kill to have the polls/surveys from GTW integrated into Marketo somehow. We even use the same questions on most of our surveys so I'm fine with making them go into specific fields (as long as I can have those fiel...
SurveyMonkey would be hugely helpful! I want the ability to use Marketo emails when sending my surveys but still get the information about knowing who filled it out, who started but didn't finish, and all the other fun things that I get when I use a SurveyMonkey email.CVENT too for all my events! I'...
Hi everyone! I'm looking for opinions/comments! We originally had been using the lead portion of SFDC, but our sales reps really hate that section of the database. With our industry, it's very rare for an account to have only 1 contact, so it just is cumbersome for sales to work with. I know that th...
Right, that looks correct. And your form has first name, last name and email address all as required fields, correct? Those are needed for the sync to work right. I think if that's all set up, then I'm stumped!
