Thanks Elliott, I got that piece I think... should have mentioned it. So do you run a triggered smart campaingn in a non-synced program that says if a program member is synced to SFDC to sync them to the appropriate SFDC campaign? I just want to make sure I'm automating it. Am I making sense? 🙂

Sorry Michelle, I mis-spoke (mis-typed). We use yes/no on the form but it's a boolean field. In SFDC they display as checkboxes. checked = true as in YES I want those. We use the fields on all email send smart lists. So if we're sending an event email a filter is 'Preferences - Events' = TRUEWe auto...

Yep, I agree with Emily. Once it's in action it's too late. Unless it's a huge send list where you might be able to do one of the work around Emily mentioned to stop some of them. It happens to all of us!

usually when my import list total is less than my file it was because there were dupes on the import file. I know that didn't answer your question, but sharing my usual culprit. 🙂
