Hi Lisa,I think there are a lot of helpful comments in here. My anecdotal experience to add is that dateTime stamps and documentation are everything. For example, we have a field thats called "Last Engagement Date" that we timestamp when someone opens an email, visits a web page, fills out a form, e...
Sanford Whiteman is correct about this. You must use a static (or green) filter in order to pull this list in to batch them as members of the program. I would also use the filter for "Member of Program" and exclude anyone who is already a member of the program from after the trigger was turned on. ...
Thanks for the quick reply Steven. I did a test and added a few hundred of the 340k leads to the Marketo campaign that is synced to SFDC at 1pm PT, and at 4pm PT there are still no leads in the adjacent SFDC campaign. Any ideas why?

Hey everyone,I was wondering if anybody has information on the pros and cons to cleaning up your database by deleting leads who have unsubscribed from our communications. I have set up an initial batch campaign for this as well as a nightly run that will keep the database perpetually clean. Any info...
Thanks for the reply, Jamie. I guess my main question is this: How would I restart the stream for people who were sent 1 out of the 4 emails, but that 1 email did not deliver? Is there a way to re-enter them into the stream and make sure that they do not get sent the same email?
I have a nurture program that had some individuals not receive one of the 4 emails in our stream. We have changed OP addresses and want to try resending those emails to the people that have not received one of our emails. In order to restart these individuals on this stream and make sure that nobody ...
