It'd be nice to have all our analytics in one place. But yea, it looks like setting up a redirect might make the most sense. And yes, we include direct links to PDF's in our emails. Basically, the user fills out a form and then is sent a PDF via email. However, I'm wondering if there are better ways...
We have it set up so that if someone clicks a PDF link on our website, Google Analytics is able to pick that up.However, most of our PDF's are sent via email. How can we capture that in Google Analytics?
So hypothetical: I send a Marketo message through Outlook to a new lead. Marketo then creates a new record with only their email address. Then that lead replies to the email, does Marketo now have their first and last name?Thanks!

What kind of information, exactly? First and Last name? How about company name? Only ask because our Salesforce instance, which syncs with Marketo, requires a lead to have those fields or else it won't sync to Salesforce.
If I send an email using the Marketo add-in to an email that is not in our Marketo databse, will that lead be created and have activity created for? Thanks!
Only two metrics I see in the dasboard, other than Engagement score, is Delivered (130) and Opened (8). So your'e saying the score of 38 somehow is created from these two numbers? Also, a lot of emails were not delivered due to bounces, maybe that played a part too?
Can someone explain what the "engagement score" under the Email Program dashboards mean and how it's calculated? I just sent out an email and our engagement score is 38 but only has 7 opens.
Awesome - that's great to know! I was able to look up the lead with their Salesforce ID and they did not exist within SFDC, which means they were successfully converted.
