email image header not clickable on Outlook

we're using a variable in our email template so you can add a URL to the image header. on GMAIL the image is clickable, but its not working in Outlook. Any tips or ideas why?

We just had an issue where a lead came in, filled out a form but for some reason was never synced to SFDC. I don't know why, since nothing in this campaign has changed and we've had other leads come in the same way without any issues. I'm going to chalk this up to some kind of hiccup or bug, also go...
