Hi Burch,In an RCA report, you would do this through a lead report by filtering your desired dimension on Not Available, or a particular set of values. There is no specific way to import a smart list from MLM into RCA, though.

That would be the cause, Darren. The Reply-To field must have a valid email address, otherwise the email send will fail and cause this type of softbounce.
