Hi all,

Is there a way to import an analytics report into a dashboard or use a smart list in an RCA report?

I'm trying to do an analysis of 'white space' in our database (empty email addresses, empty company names etc) and put the reports into a dashboard.

The filters for the RCA reports are somewhat limited vs. smart lists and analytics reports.

Thanks!

Burch

You may want to log a support case so that we can have a closer look at this for you.

Hi Kenny,

Yes, that's exactly how I did the smart list.

The RCE report has a ***, the smart list ***.

Hi Burch,

For your Smart List, did you set it up like the following?

Country is US, Canada
or
Country is Empty

And

Company Name is Empty?

I ask becuase if you have dimensions in RCE it will only account for records with an attribute matching one of those columns/rows.  If this isn't the case, how big is the discrepancy?  If it's within the number of changes to one of these fields you could reasonably expect in a day, then you're likely seeing the difference between real-time updates from MLM smart lists, and the daily data warehouse updates of RCE.

Hi Kenny,

Thanks for the response.

Follow up question:

In an RCA report for missing company name I set filters to (row) Not Available and (column) Country to US, Canada and Not Available and (measures) by Number of Leads.

The numbers I get there is a WAY, WAY off if I try doing similar filtering in a regular smart list outside of RCA.

Why such a big difference?

Thanks,

Burch

Hi Burch,

In an RCA report, you would do this through a lead report by filtering your desired dimension on Not Available, or a particular set of values.  There is no specific way to import a smart list from MLM into RCA, though.
