The 42 represents the number of leads which have clicked one or more links in the email. 55 is the combined number of unique clicks on each link. Each row is the number of leads that have clicked on the link in that row, and the grand total is the sum of all these.

Marketo only prints the email address itself from the token and does not autogenerate an anchor tag so that would be the email client applying the tag. I believe if you create your own anchor, it should allow you to apply your desired styling.

Hey Grant,If you haven't already you can enable the Campaign inspector from Admin>Treasure chest. Once you have, you can go to Marketing Activites>Campaign Inspector and search for Create Task. This will show you all the campaigns that have it.
