I'm curious if you have some services with different client ids and they're writing to the same log?
I'm not really sure what you're asking here. What exactly are you requesting from users, and what component of it are you trying to validate?

There currently is no way to update the content of a flow step via our APIs. You can modify the content of the email with the Email APIs, but that will change the email as referenced by any flow step, trigger...etc which uses it.
Tokens aren't rendered in URLs since URLs are provided by the client. It would be impractical and not particularly useful for the server to render them and pass them back in the location header. What exactly are you trying to accomplish?
We currently don't provide APIs capable of providing new or updated program records. To get all programs, you would want to iteratively call Browse Programs while incrementing the offset parameter by your batchsize.
