Apple Mail is pretty much the only widely used client which allows (some) video embeds. Best to just avoid it in general as it can cause deliverability and rendering issues in other clients.

It looks like this should allow approval on the face of it. I think you'll need to file a support ticket here to see why it won't let you approve.

A cursory search seems to indicate that this is usually related to a local extension/malware. Can you check your extensions in chrome to see if there are any unknown extensions?
