can we score if questions were asked during a webinar?
Josh thanks for clarifying that. Is there a way that we can use the Channel to do the filtering. For example if a form existst in a campaign which has the channel webinar and you want all the forms that exist in that channel to change score what needs to be done? I tried that but unless you use specific forms it doens't work, and I dont want to keep adding forms to the list. also the channel isn't a filtering option.
Is it possible to say if a form is filled out in this type of channel it is scored this way? If it is possible how would I set that up?
would it be the same if I am working with people who are not in the database?
Here is the issue I am trying to build out a complete demographic scoreing model and I want to award scores for having their first and last name filled out, Email complete, and a few other items. Is it possible to do this and how?
A stream is in a nurture or drip campaign. A nurture campaign is where you are working with leads to get them sales ready and a drip campaign is where you are working with potential prospects to keep them warm or hot.
That would involve Changing the lead from a lead to an account which we don't want to do untill they have been qualified.Is there a way in marketo to run that type of if statement? if it isn't is it possible for Marketo to encode basic excel functions to the field?
In the email design we are using tokens to make the from and reply to fields the email addresss of the account/ lead owner, but these are 2 seperate pieces of information.
