Hi David,Just an update on this. We have spoken with our lawyers and removed that clause from our terms. As previously mentioned, at Knak we never intended to use any of our clients content for any purpose, so the clause was unnecessary. We have updated it to better reflect Knak's values.I hope this...

Hi David,As the founder of Knak I can tell you that we have absolutely no intention of taking any of our customers content - I can think of no such situation whereby we would ever do that. I will be bringing this up with our lawyers to find an appropriate solution.

Hey Joe,When you use our Marketo integration, or download it manually from our site, everything comes over for that page that you need at the click of a button. We host everything else you need on AWS.

Hi Joann,Yes! We released the landing page in the Knak library. You can access it by starting a trial on our website: www.knak.ioYou'll see it at the very bottom of the page, its called 'Summit' and it includes everything you need including the lightbox form and the countdown timer

We just add an element in our templates for 'pre-header text'. This way you can populate that so that you can tailor the message to the people who will see the pre-header text, but it doesn't have to show up in your email anywhere that is actually visible to the viewer.
