So I found this video: Marketo-Fu - Episode 20: Daisy-Chaining Fields (concatenation of values) - YouTube The issue I have is how do I go beyond just the last IM?
All,We have a business ask to pass the last 5 interesting moments into one field and then use that field to pass data to a sales executive I have the later part. It’s the concatenation into one field that has me thrown. Any idea deal on how I could accomplish getting the last 5 IMs into one field?K...
Understood. I know this question seems like a ridiculous one. I was looking to better understand the experience - like does Marketo just disable logins? Will data still sync if content is engaged with? Etc.I'll keep researching but plan for what Josh responded.
I needed the laugh with #4 This is helpful. I suggested as part of our DRP that we do #2 and #3 as a best practice. It's hard when you get back "we need to know exactly what this looks like from experience A to Z" when a PO solves it all Kristy
All,I'm just trying to plan for a plan for a plan - disaster recovery planning 101.This might seem random but what happens if your service at Marketo were terminated for payment issues? I don't expect a ton of hand raisers on the "we didn't pay our bill and this is what happened" but does anyone kno...
Greg,We are using it soley for reporting. We just needed something for leadership in Salesforce to get them behind MSI.Kristy

I try to take every angle to see if our instance reacts as expected, salesforce acts like it should, etc. We are testing now and with all 3 activities on in production we are only seeing the 'sales sent email" task. A case it is I like to get feedback from others use...
All,Use Case 2 - If in Admin clicks the radio button "Sales Sent Email" and Contact A receives 5 e-mails from MSI we understand and have tested that only one task is synced as noted on the screen snag.Use Case 2 - Contact B is sent a sales e-mail and Contact B opens the e-mails and clicks 2 links. Makes total sense in the "if you must" situation of audit due to an escalation or something along those lines. I was thinking just as a matter of practice for random audits. I now understand a little more why it doesn't work from outlook/gmail. I can explain that back to the business. Thanks guys!
Sanford Whiteman this was very helpful and meets our needs. I learned some caveats with it - the BCC feature does not work when using the outlook plugin or gmail extension. Do you happen to know of a solution for that?Happy Friday!
