Hi Yifat:Sometimes you need a bit of a wait between the form submission and sending the confirmation email - just to give Marketo and GoToWebinar time to exchange the registration information.Could you please insert a wait step of, say, 5 minutes, retest, and let us know what happened?

Hi Hitoshi: Yes, you need two completely separate Sandboxes for testing.
Try this: Go to the Actions menu, and load the Activity Log of the record in Marketo. If you see the emails in the Log but not in the Sales Insight section, you may want to contact tech support.I'm not really sure what we would be missing in that case.
