Hi Ammon:This indicates that Marketo doesn't have permission to delete Leads or Contacts in your CRM. Please check with your CRM Administrator, if they can grant Marketo the permission to delete Leads and Contacts.
If you have not recorded Interesting Moments in the past, or if you need to run reports on these activities in SFDC, then you could sync your past Marketo Programs to Salesforce Campaigns, and use Campaign Membership status as a record of past activities.
