www.amazon.com/Massage-Massager-Therapy-Shoulders-Stiffness/dp/B0792SD1TR/ref=zg_bs_16303081_6Thanks a ton for your notes and response. I'm not well suited to carry the conversation forward because we don't have the technical resources to carry this out. We do understand what you are saying and appr...
Thanks for your response Sanford. I probably used the word 'program' poorly in my original post. We are a bit unique (I think), because we offer a B2C email service to our B2B customers. This is not actually our business model - but, imagine if you were a masseuse, and you signed up for a service tha...
Hey All-I am admittedly posting this prior to looking for documentation - as the community (especially Sanford) has been really helpful in helping us think of solutions to a few of our problems so far. For today's issue, I present to you the case of the growing database. Let's say for example that w...
This is an awesome thread. I have a couple of questions:1) What is a good way in y'alls opinion to test out whether or not you have made the page untrackable?2) If I understand correctly - the 'untrackable' sentiment really refers to cookies/munchkin - and things like trigger campaigns, etc. will wo...
Thanks! Turns out something that felt more complicated actually had a pretty straightforward solution. That feature was designed well to allow initial data injection, but have a mechanism to reject updates from the same source in the future.

We wouldn't even need to use pro...
Hey All-Here is what I think may be a unique problem. We have a B2B2C model. All of our B2B records were loaded in from SFDC and overall, the sync has been great. It's allowed us to do a ton of good work. But, we also have a web services API that loads in our B2C records. We have done a bunch of wor...
Hey All-Just wondering if any of you have run into situations where folks who are not in a Smart List receive an email? We have a situation where a person who was not in our database, and not in the send Smart List, received an email and subsequently unsubscribed/reported an issue. My gut feeling sa...
Hello-We are piloting MSI with a few sales folks and they are loving the email plugin. The only complaint is the flood of notifications and data they get from when they CC folks they are working in tandem with, training, or reporting to. Is there a way to limit the information that shows up the the ...
I just wanted to thank everybody for your responses. The proposed solutions make sense. We are likely to keep part of this process manual for the time being - and will be bookmarking this thread to consider once we have more time and resources to throw at the issue. Thanks a ton!
