Personally, I used the Schedule tab to set the mailing time/date (so I only had the Send Email flow in this part). However I can't see why your way wouldn't work either. Looks ok to me.

This seems to be a bug. I've had the same issue over past few days and submitted a support ticket.Seems to be working ok now - as far as I can tell, it's been fixed.
