Thank you, Jay! Makes perfect sense. Funny how much it makes sense and how easy it becomes once you know the answer. Like reading it is easier than writing it. The Inactivity Filters are so confusing I rarely utilize them out of lack of trust. I've never hear or read the "look at them like this..." ...
This Company has never sent marketing to former clients or implemented any sort of re-engagement campaigns for 20 years. I'm building a Nurture Program to do so.My Goal is for all Canceled Accounts to enter Stream 1 so long as and/or after 30 days have passed since they Canceled. This is only a one-...
Yes. This does work. And in the end it may be the way to go. It will just take some TLC as the new emails were created from a massive Custom email template designed down to desired state and the html copy and paste breaks the drag and drop module. So I can do that and just adjust blocks margins, pad...
Wait a minute? Am I overthinking this. This is a trigger campaign, however, it just batches per day to deploy the following morning. So can't I just update the Smart Campaign smart list to redirect all new leads that qualify via the trigger to my NEW stream with the new emails rather than the origin...

Are you saying that if I add NEW emails to the stream after the OLD ones - which I will deactivate so they do not deploy - that ONLY new members will receive them in order from the NEW emails (activated) and those members that have exhausted the content will not receive them?
How would you replace emails within an active stream with entirely new emails that A. Does not deploy to exhausted members and B. Only to the new leads that have entered the stream? For context...I have Trigger Campaign based on new subscriptions sending leads to a stream with 3 emails in it and exit...
You're exactly right. That's what happened. Good tip. I'll check with them on that. It's a challenge - but good to learn and gain that sort of experience as well.
Right!? And I think you are totally correct. Custom CRM life is new to me and it has certainly presented it's share of issues. But what you are saying about how hidden fields in addition to what Marketo Support had to say it educated me on how it should work and what may have caused this abnormality...
