If you're having issues with people filling the form but not being registered, it'd be good to review your sync between your marketo instance and your webinar platform. Are you sending the email from Marketo or from your webinar platform?

Did you remove everyone from your company? Every time anyone looks at the page, it counts it as a view. Also, double check your muchkin code. If you're really looking to drill down on conversions, you may want to include some additional tracking code perhaps for an external application.

I utilize the screenshot approach for this often. But if you have the ability to create in a word document, you can resave that as a PDF which may have better resolution than a screenshot.
