That is a screenshot from one of my segmentations; maybe submit a support ticket and see why your segmentations can't see those fields?

Can't you create a segmentation that says "If account owner is _____" add them here? I've also done it with their SFDC ID as well as email address for the owner. I swear I've done ...

I believe you can only update leads without acquisition programs, and you can't write over those WITH programs.
