Is there a way to enable form pre-fill for anyone that is in our Marketo instance that lands on gated content? The overall goal is to help people that are already in our system not have to put in their information time and time again to download content.

I'm wondering if it is possible for Marketo to sync someone over as a new 'lead' when they fill out a form or engage in another activity when there is already a 'contact' record of them in Salesforce?

I'm wondering if there is a way to pull in a date column when building a smart list report of when each person entered a certain stage... example: It would be great if I could pull the MSI information pictured above in Salesforce of MQL-Warm Date 6/27/19 into a Marketo report. Any suggestions?
