I am also wondering how the acquisition will affect users conference. Currently, adobe has one in scheduled for march and the marketo summit was scheduled for October. Will they keep both? I am also interested in the "new" roadmap.

I would suggest sticking with normalized lead scoring (which I believe you are referring to diminishing score values based on inactivity and time).
