Thanks Grégoire!Still there's an issue when a second lead is created, after I already attached one to the contact :the "Lead Conversion" checkbox will be already checked, so the score won't be updated. Any idea for that case?

Hi,I'd be interested in the answer too !I thought of creating a form where attendees will have to enter their email addresses to check-in, then a smart campaign would trigger that and change their program status... Has anyone found another way to check-in without an iPad ?

Hi Kristin,When you say the no URL is showing, are you looking at your email with the email preview?If so, it is normal as the tokens must refer to a lead. To make sure the tokens work properly, you should test it sending it to yourself.Marie
