Thanks Lacey, I've tried the same on Google Chrome and the two arrows are still not clickable, and nothing happens when I mouse over...
When I do ctrl+alt+w again, I can see 2 little arrows on the left where there used to be a tree, but nothing happens when I click on them :It used to work yesterday... I've tried it on different browsers.
Hi,I heard ctrl+alt+w allows you to hide the tree on the left. My problem is that I can't have it back, event when I click on the arrows that used to make it reappear! Has it ever happened to you?Thank youMarie

Hi both,Thanks a lot for your answers. Yes Will I mean tracking web activity. The person who will fill out the form with a lead information will not be the lead himself, so I don't want to track the web activity of the person who fills out the form.But I understand this is not possible!

Thanks Grégoire!Still there's an issue when a second lead is created, after I already attached one to the contact :the "Lead Conversion" checkbox will be already checked, so the score won't be updated. Any idea for that case?
