Yep, I had one one time frame listed in the smart list and another on the subscription. Seems odd that you can list time frame in two places. I would think the subscription would be only who to send the report and when. Thanks for the suggestion.

At what point does a lead become a member of an email program? Is it upon sending them the email through a campaign within the program? Or is it based off some other action?

That's the same code I've been using with 1.0 forms and it worked great. However it doesn't seem to work at all with 2.0 forms.
I have run into this issue as well. In fact, that's why I came into the Community today.
Could the token be converted to match the time zone selected in the recipient's browser preferences? The webinars I produce span multiple time zones, and though selecting one would add welcome flexability, not as much as I actually need.
