Yeah, I know email reporting can always be tricky. The goal is to be able to show people who received, opened or clicked an email in Salesforce. The status field seems like the best way to do that since it syncs with campaign members in SDFC. Is there a better way to pass this info?
Ok, yes I was starting to figure this out as I was playing around more. And good callout on the bot activity. Do I need to create campaigns for each email send? Is there a way to create one campaign to set all emails to "delieved", for example?
Hi - I imagine this is a really basic question, but I'm trying to help out a client. They have set up email programs, and we would like the member status to update as the user takes action. However, 100% of the members continue to just have the status "Sent". It never updates to the other options: D...
