Nice suggestion but obviously this doesn't give the visual feedback that they are performing a global action. Similarly, they may not pay attention and just go down the list checking numerous items.The other way to do it would be to put in a separate set of radio buttons that would tie to visibility...

The suggestion was to look at the Activity Log so you can see how Marketo is recording the referrer name and put that in the constraint
Your best bet is to go to the Activity Log for a lead and click on the Fills Out Form action. From there, look for the Referrer information and try to use what you see there. But even then, chop of http and use "contains" which is much more forgiving.
This can get VERY tricky. My suggestion is that you chop off the http:// part of the address, possibly keeping only the unique page name and use a CONTAINS on the Referrer. Sometimes it will not pick up the HTTP.
Don't forget that if the email browser has auto download of images turned off there will never be a response to the server that the email is opened. This used to be the default for a while but it's reverted back, however some organization may still ask the recipient to approve the sender. Your email...
