That's what I like about my solution: it continuously runs people through the entire program, stopping only when the right condition exists. The engagement program never skips them because they'll always qualify for something. Even if they loop eventually they'll hit an unused step.
Greg, I'm at a point where the exact use case you mentioned is relevant. Do you have an explanation of how you currently accomplish this? We need to track product interests and we have far too many to track by adding fields into the Lead record.

Right, but you only get so many and it's something that's really gate-kept at an admin level because of the various pricing it can incur. It's an in-app purchase and the marketers that are coming out of college today are the kids who ran up $2,000 iTunes bills purchasing Farmville products.
the product docs are extremely sparse on content and often lack contextual information. What about turning them more into a Wiki and letting the community add in information that would also be useful?Or, if you don't want to do that, how about a Marketo wiki?
