This is odd. I used the token insert button to put these in. Any suggestions on why the tokens aren't rendering?
Is it possible to customize the Unsub for individual email templates? I have a special event coming up that only affects a small portion of our DB and I'd like to offer those members the ability to opt out of communications without this being put on every email coming out of our instance.
However, doing this will not register as "Filled out Form" so if your workflow drives off that action you lose out. In fact, if you use the "Known Lead" the only way to see what happens is if they click on a link in the Known Lead HTML that drives them to the next page.

You should always put the HTTP outside of the token. looks like you're showing a personalized URL, do you really need number of times it was clicked?
