When we migrate Marketo customers to Adobe IDs, driven by the Adobe Identity Management System, a migration console will be available for some (based on number of users in a subscription) customer admins. Using the migration console, onboarding sets/subsets of users to Adobe ID is possible.

When the migration for Marketo customers to Adobe Identity begins, customers who use SSO will need to set up SSO in Adobe Admin Console prior to user migration. You can learn more about how to do that here: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/set-up-identity.html
