True - you can always use segment rule logic to include unknown leads (who haven't filled out the form) OR known leads who haven't.Also, we use an RTP Grouping field to keep our DB cleaner (don't need a new field for every behavior). Occasionally it's an issue with the way your own system (outlook is especially bad at this) renders emails. Did you try sending a sample to someone else on your team to make sure it looks the same?

Thanks guys. The real problem is that we have ongoing campaigns that send mail whenever a qualified lead is added to the system and has all the address info filled in. Leads are added in from multiple sources (many of which my team has no control over) so I'm just looking for an automatic way to fix...
