+1 for On24 and ReadyTalk. Webex used to be good but with their recent changes in the API, they have become less user friendly.
While we wait for Guided editor for emails, we can also create a blank snippet, and replace this section with the snippet. Deleting a section can break the layout at times.
I am aware that Marketo support can merge 2 custom fields into a single field. But here's a tricky case: For 3 fields, A, B and C - Is it possible to first get A&B merged and then the resultant field to merge with C? If not, any work around?

I would recommend using LiveEngage, which is also listed on the MKTO Launchpoint. We have implemented this for some of our customers. As an alternate, you can try using some free/cheaper widget, and then integrate that with MKTO.
