Unfortunately, this is not possible today. You will need to start with a new email - based on the desired template - and enter the content all over again (or copy/paste). A couple ideas to vote on:
We're dealing with this issue for a couple of users today. Support asked me to create an Idea. I shared this one with them. Would be great if this could be generalized to cover all CRM systems.
And like Chris, we're getting 9x% deliverability rates as well. But they're not being delivered to the recipient, but rather to some central quarantine folder/area. So the end-user doesn't even have an opportunity to check their junk folder.
