What's the best way to figure out which Marketo features come out of the box and which ones have to be added on?
Just trying to get a sense of all the features we have at our disposal. Not positive if features like the Revenue Cycle Model are add-ons or out the box.
Thanks!

Your question is timely as, just today, I had a discussion with our account rep at Marketo to discuss our renewal. Apparently, Marketo is moving to "solution bundles" that will include specific capabilities based on bundle:
Today, we're on Enterprise, and the following features are add-ons for us:
I was also completely unaware that the base instances come with only 25 seats. We always thought there was no limit. This was never stated in our contract and is just now being defined. We have 81 users in our instance today.
RCM and RCE are typically add ons and may be dependent on the package you purchased. Please ask your account manager for help.

This makes it confusing! I'm also an Enterprise customer and I have no clue which configuration we have. Oy, vey!
Oy vey for sure!!
Glad I'm not directly dealing with this, but from my own personal experience I could easily drop Calendar if Marketo is unable to improve it's usability and viability as a product for Enterprise level customers!
Having a limit of 200 returned results is severely hurting out impression and ability to use this particular product!
Would be happy to discuss further with SMEs or other teams!
We don't use calendar. That's a strategic decision. There are already too many hands in the pot in our instance of Marketo. We had an admin change the timezone for our entire instance to Japan time when he thought he was setting his own timezone - I can't imagine the damage that could be done with a calendar.
No, until security is rolled out where I can lock people out of changing programs, no calendar for us. Just one more fail point.
I've been wondering this myself. Thanks for this cheat sheet!
I'm not sure at which level Calendar becomes available, but it is a license, so in order to enable it in your instance, you have to assign the license to your users. We have 10 licenses for Calendar in our instance. To enable:
You will now see Calendar enabled.
Very interesting, thanks for posting. I wonder how this will affect their existing customers. We are also on Enterprise with a few add-ons.
Marketo has not been transparent in recent years with their pricing, so I think moving to a model like this is a good idea.
Hi, The bundles are on the website -
Lead Management Solution Pricing - Marketo
Email Marketing Solution Pricing - Marketo
Consumer Marketing Solution Pricing - Marketo
Customer Marketing Solution Pricing - Marketo
Mobile Marketing Automation Solution Pricing - Marketo
There is no pricing as need to talk to sales person about needs/requirements but it is a step in right direction of listing out what is included in each bundle.
