We had a webinar, and in preparing to send out the follow-up (attended and no-show) emails, we noticed that the statuses hadn't changed from Registered to Attended or No-Show.
On closer inspection, we noticed that the event status for the webinar program is still listed as "Waiting for Attendee List," rather than "Event Completed." I clicked "Refresh from Webinar" in the program Members section, but it hasn't updated.
Did you happen to change the start time of the webinar in Zoom after linking it to the Marketo program?

Strange. That’s the common cause. Make sure this isn’t happening with all webinars due to a problem with the connector setup — I’d set up a test webinar ASAP.
Does it sync Completed status if you wait for a few hours and try again? I second Sandy's concern about the updating time post-linking program with Marketo -- that might throw off the sync process.
