Troubleshooting A/B tests

Need tips to troubleshoot subject line A/B tests that are not sending. Trying to test this function.

Hi D'Lynn,

Can you provide a bit more information? Do you have an email asset approved already? You can right click the asset and select "New Test" and then for the "Test Type" you can choose "Subject Line".

yes, the email was approved, had 4 email addresses to test with, did all the configuration, but 0 emails were sent

I setup and approved a subject line a/b test last night, see below. It didn't run and didn't send any emails. What step did I miss?
