Tracking Duration of a Web View

I'm trying to figure out if Marketo has the ability to track how long a contact views a certain web page. I looked for it while creating a smart list but I couldn't find it. I could only find the "date of activity" as the constraint.

Generally, no. But there are probably workarounds.
