Hi! If campaign members have been incorrectly marked as "successful" is there a way to change that status after it's been given?
Thank you.

I think you can update people's status back to default/non-success status values in the SFDC campaigns, but you cannot transition people backwards in a progression status in Marketo, you can only change people's status to a higher or equal value status.
As noted above, you cannot go backwards in status progression in Marketo. A bit messier but you could remove the record from the program and re-add them with the correct status. Note this will change the program member status to the time when you re-add them and you'll also need to remove them from the SFDC campaign before re-adding them in Marketo. If you have a way to change the SFDC campaign member status to the right time in SFDC that will help. We use BrightFunnel in SFDC to correct campaign membership dates.

To piggyback on what Geraldine said, we actually have a custom field called Relevant Campaign Member Date in SFDC that we use for campaign member date. It pulls from the standard campaign member date unless we update another field (which for some reason in our SFDC is called Brightfunnel Activity Date, from a legacy tool we had) which will then update Relevant Campaign Member Date. That way you can backfill campaign member dates if you need to.
