Member Syncing with email addresses not having a .com?

I'm having an issue with members not syncing from the app.  I've noticed that there is a common denominator - if the email address doesn't end in .com it doesn't sync.  Does anyone know a work around?

Do you mean the event checkin app? I would open a support ticket.
