For newsletter blast program, we have some emails that Marketo refuse to send email
This is despite:
The emails are not marked suspended , blocked, bounced, etc
The emails are not unsubscribed
The emails are not pending
The emails fit the rest of the Smart List logic
Both email happen to use gmail, but there are emails using gmail that receive it successfully
What could be other reasons that Marketo refuse to send email?
So Marketo is not sending the email or the recipient isn't getting it?
Are the records Email Invalid=FALSE and Email Suspended=FALSE?
Are the email addresses formatted correctly?
Marketo is not sending the email in the first place
I checked the activity log and there are no "Send email" on the affected emails
Email Invalid = FALSEEmail Suspended = FALSE
Emails are legit. These are actually mine and co-worker's personal email
This is the second time this happened
In addition to other checks, would suggest to check the campaign queue as well and if there are any leads remaining (if the campaign you used to send the email appears in the queue)
No, i checked the pending status and there are no pending emails
Did they exceed your communication limit by receiving too many emails per day or week?
