I synced a SFDC campaign with the appropriate Marketo program and there are a few leads that did not get put into the campaign with the reason being: Skipped execution due to that the SFDC campaign was linked with a program. I'm not sure what this means since the program is synced to the correct SFDC campaign.
Do you have a screen shot of the flow that's adding (or, in this case, not adding) people to the campaign?
This sounds like you have an SFDC Campaign synced to a program. Then you ran a Add to SFDC Campaign flow step somewhere, which is not allowed when the SFDC Campaign is already synced to a Program.
If you instead added the leads to the Program with a Change Program Status, Marketo should pass the leads directly to the SFDC Campaign. If so, I'm not sure why it would show an error.
Did you already have Members in the SFDC Campaign and then synced it??
Yes, the SFDC campaign is synced the appropriate program. I did swap out add to sfdc campaign to change program status. And, yes, there were members already in the SFDC campaign then I attempted the sync but I made the sync between the two happen over a week ago.
Actually, swapping out add to sfdc campaign to change program status solved the problem.
Try by turning off the sync between the program and SFDC campaign from the program dashboard. This should resolve the issue
