Which field in Marketo does the standard SalesForce field "Other Phone" map to?

You can see this in Marketo > Admin > Field Management
Drag "other phone" onto the canvas and it will show the mapping
If you can't find other phone, you may have to look at the API field name as it may be referring to something else, or mapped to something else.

Looks like the mapping was wrong. Was going to the wrong API field name. Hopefully fixed now by support.
By the way, is it possible to edit the field mapping myself or do I need to send to Marketo support every time I need a change?

Unfortunately you will have to go to support for mapping changes.
Semi-related, but make sure whenever you create new fields in SFDC that will be visible to marketo, make sure to create the fields with the exact same api name on the lead and contact object so that Marketo maps correctly to both, otherwise, it will create 2 fields in Marketo.
