We've been trying to troubleshoot a Marketo<>Zoom integration for our webinars for a while now and not making any progress.
Our original set up was using the webhook to push data over to zoom, we have since tried to move over to the Launchpoint integration. We've been able to successfully set up launchpoint, connect the program to our webinars however anytime we try to push a registration over to Zoom we immediately get a Registration Error. We've made sure that the fields needed are mapped over to Zoom, ensured that the registration is required.
Marketo support is saying it's an issue on the Zoom end, so we are not sure what we should be looking at next to resolve the issue.
Any ideas? Has anyone else has a similar issue?
