Marketo form fill entries are not coming through to our database, Is Marketo down at the moment?
(FYI, you can move threads from Place to Place.)
In a cursory test on my primary instance+pod I don't see a problem, but that doesn't mean one doesn't exist elsewhere. You'll need to describe how you're testing in more detail. Are you seeing web activities (Visited Web Page) but not Filled Out Form? Can you point to an example URL where a form resides?
This often happens with trigger delays. Leads will take 5 to 10 mins to appear even if the Results tab is posting data.
Thanks San, we raised a detailed issue with marketo and they were able to fix it, it was an issue with code regression, its working now. However, we can't retrieve the leads who filled out the form during the downtime.
Is there a way I can build a smart list to fetch the leads. I cant get anything with the samrt list, person was created in time frame yesterday or Filled out form yesterday.

The form fill activity was not being recorded on the lead, which meant any trigger campaigns that look for form fill activity to not fire.
We checked with marketo they updated us that there was some patch implemented that caused this problem and they rolled back the patch to fix the issur. We can now see the leads coming through, but they are still working on getting the leads that were missed during the downtime.
I'm still confused because someone reported the same issue on 7th March as well. I'm not sure why different marketo users are experiencing the same issue at different times, If it was the patch or code regression that caused it and has been rolled back.

This doesnt add much value although our instance is very slow and unresponsive throwing errors.
Additionally many users are reporting that the submit button on forms is non responsive.
If no one else is commenting it may be an issue with the NSW pod as I know we are on the same one.

There is a known P1 issue with your server and engineering working on pushing out a fix. ETA is hopefully end of the week, but I will let you know once it is done.
