I can log in, but an error pops up when I click over to Marketing Activities. I submitted a support request 5 hours ago. Anyone else getting this today?
This usually occurs if you have a browser window open with a logged in instance - that's been sitting too long and you try to do something where Marketo no longer sees you as an authenticated user. Or you may have more than one browser window open, both trying to access the same session. When this happens, restart your browser and try logging in again.
I'm able to access Marketo just fine right now - no outage here.
I would submit a P1/P2 support ticket. Did you specific P1/P2 when you submitted this. If so, they should definitely reply back within 5 hours (based on your SLA).
I did, and they replied saying they received my message, but I am still
waiting on a solution. We have emails that are urgent that we cannot send
so was hoping I could find another solution through the community.

I would copy your customer success manager and your account executive since that is a really concerning to not have access when you need to get emails out.
