Hello Everyone,
Right now, we are using 4-5 generic email alias for sending emails so that if someone reverts, we can track back the responses. However, now we have received a request from our senior leadership to send emails from our individual salesperson's email address and there are almost 300 such salespeople we have. Please let me know if it’s recommended to send emails from individual email addresses from Marketo, in terms of spam rate, email deliverable issues, or other basic compliances.

There aren't any consequences... except you're now distributing replies across a huge number of actual mailboxes, which makes any kind of consolidated action impossible.
Spam filters aren't stupid and won't penalize (nor reward) you for using a variety of From: addresses at the same domain. (Effective rate limits will be at the domain and/or IP level: limiting at the mailbox@domain level is too easily fooled.)

Thanks, Sanford for the response. We are clear on the domain part. As our sales team is scattered through all the Geo so their IPs would be different, so it won't matter, right?
If you’re using Marketo to send, the salesperson’s geographic location makes no difference.

This shouldn’t impact your sender reputation and email deliverability, as Sandy mentioned in his comment above.
