Images are not loading when sending samples to Outlook emails. (Header image and logo snippet)
Do you have other images apart from the header and the logo images in the email that are loading? Also, do you see a prompt below the From Name and Address to allow the download of images (snapshot below)?
Hi - the images are loading for servers that are not Outlook, such as Gmail and comcast. None of the images are downloading even when you right click and download the images (the screenshot of the prompt that you sent over).
It may also be a server issue specific to our company. Would that make sense? Thanks!
Are you able to see the images in the outlook web-based application? You could also send me the email at darshils@deloitte.com and I could have a look.
Outlook doesn't allow downloading images automatically. So, as @Darshil_Shah1 mentioned look for that download images prompt.
If that's not the case then could you please share a screenshot of the outlook email?

Another reason could be that you are using image links without an SLL certificate, please make sure your image links start with https instead of http.

Outlook Web Access loads insecure images via a proxy, and Outlook Desktop loads insecure images directly. It’s largely a myth that insecure images don’t load.
That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t secure all your asset/LP domains, because you should! The problem is when less secure mail clients directly download an insecure link instead of going through a proxy, it can be intercepted.
