I am starting to learn more about the unsubscribe behaviour in Markto. We currently have a preference page set up, and I was of the understanding that the attribute unsubscribed isn't being updated correctly (I'm in the process of checking to make sure it is).
I have noticed a contact today with the following in their activity log:
Activity Type 'Unsubscribe Email'
Details: Lead unsubscribed from list unsubscribe
they are Unsubscribed = True
Unsubscribed Cause = System flow action for 'Unsubscribe Email' triggered
they haven't completed the unsubscribe form so I can't see how they have unsubscribed? The email that they received only contained the link to the preference centre form.
any ideas?

I think this may have been answered by another query I raised. It has just made sense....
'if someone unsubscribes from your emails through the list-unsubscribe headers in Gmail or similar, this will change the default Unsubscribed value to be True.'
